These guilt-free chocolate chip cookies are DELICIOUS. Two cookies are only 3 points…

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp light butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (dark-variety)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp table salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup)
Cooking Instructions

To make your own calorie friendly chocolate chip cookies, follow these instructions.
Note: This recipe makes 48 freshly baked cookies.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cream together butter, oil, and sugar. Add vanilla, salt, and egg white; mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour and baking soda; stir into batter. Add chocolate chips to batter; stir to distribute evenly throughout.
  4. Drop rounded half-teaspoon of dough onto one or two large nonstick baking sheets, leaving a small amount of space between each cookie.
  5. Bake cookies until golden around edges, about 4 to 6 minutes; cool on a wire rack.

The recipe below doesn’t require any refined flour or sugar! Too good to be true, right?

This recipe was inspired by anastasiablogger.

Ingredients:

For the dough

  • ¾ cup (180mL) warm milk (100-110°F)
  • ½ tbsp (7g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp (24g) coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 ¼ tsp (7g or one ¼-oz package) dry yeast
  • 2 – 2 ½ cups (240-300g) whole wheat flour

For the filling

  • 6 tbsp (72g) coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp (7g) unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Drizzle

  • 14g Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp non-fat milk
  • 8-12 drops vanilla crème stevia
Cooking Instructions

To make your Weight Watchers guilt-free cinnamon rolls, follow these instructions.
Note: This recipe makes 12 cinnamon rolls.

  1. Preparation. Coat a pan with some low-calorie non-stick cooking spray. And, pre-heat your over to 350°F.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the butter, milk, butter, stevia, and salt in a bowl and mix together. Then sprinkle yeast on top. Wait 15 minutes for the mixture to turn frothy. Then add 1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour to the bowl. Keep mixing until the dough thickens and begins to pull away to the bowl.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Keep kneading on a floured surface until the dough becomes firm and is able to retain its shape.
  4. Prepare the filling. Add the coconut sugar & cinnamon into a small bowl and stir well.
  5. Roll the dough into a 16″x10” rectangles. Brush with the melted butter and then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar filling (leave a 1” border on the two longer sides). Then, slowly roll the dough into a layered spiral log. Pinch the ends to make sure the log keeps its shape.
  6. Slice the Cinnamon log into 12 pieces. Use a sharp knife to ensure you keep the shape of your cinnamon rolls.
  7. Placing the rolls individually onto the pan. Cover the cinnamon rolls with a clean towel. Leave the pan in a warm dark location for 30-45 minutes. Your cinnamon rolls should double in size.
  8. Bake the cinnamon rolls. Place your cinnamon rolls in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
  9. Top the cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese topping. Allow your cinnamon rolls to cool down. Mix greek yogurt, non-fat milk and 8-12 drops vanilla crème stevia into a light cream. Then, drizzle your cream cheese mixture over your cinnamon rolls.

  1. Spray your mug with some low calories non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Whisk to mix the ingredients together.
  4. Add your melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in 1/2 tbsp of chocolate chips. Mix them through. (Leave a few to use as a topping)
  6. Place your mug into the microwave on the highest setting for 40 seconds.
  7. Gently touch the top with your fingertip to check if it’s cooked. If it’s still a little underdone in the middle, put it back in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
  8. Top with the remaining chocolate chips, and blueberries (optional).
